Vraní hory ("Crow Mountains" in English) is a range of hills on the border of northeastern Bohemia (Czech Republic) and Polish Silesia. They are not exceedingly high (the highest peak, Královecký Špičák, is 880 m high), but they rise quite steeply from the countryside below and are noted for their distinctive silhouette with Královecký Špičák in the centre and two evenly long arms on either side.
A picture made as a present for my father's birthday. It's one of our favourite views, from a hill not far from our cottage.
I hope you are not too tired of my autumn landscape pictures (and this is not a particularly original title either, after the Autumn in Tatra Mountains
), but I just love the coloured autumn trees so much, I can't help it.
