Description
A village in the Eastfarthing of the Shire. Frodo, Sam and Pippin met Gildor Inglorion and his people in the woods above Woodhall, and the three passed close by the village on the last stages of their journey to Bucklebury Ferry.

I created this picture originally for a callendar I was making together with my sister Mechor as a christmas present for our dad. This was the picture for September.

Mám jednu malilinkou výtku: Pokud po té cestě promávají hobití vozy tahané poníkmi, neměl by v strěde cesty rost ten pas trávy. Poník stojí ve strěde cesty, tedy udupáva i ten strěd. Trávy by tam mělo být mnohem méně, nebo žádná. Koleje jenom po stranách jsou typické pro dnešek, kdy používame auta, ale v minulosti vypadali i polní a lesní cesty jinak, v důsledku používaní konských záprahů (nebo jiných tažních zvířat). Ve Strědozemi nemají žádná motorizovaná vozidla, tak by ti cesty měli vypadat rovnoměrně udupané. :-)
